Double use:
Option 1: insert a lock of hair or a piece of fabric/material into the opening between the bottom of the holder and the top of the handle, below the hole.
Option 2: pull the handle down to open the "Pretty Shine" 180 degrees. Simply place the surface of the object or fabric where you want to stick the gems on a smooth, flat surface. Press firmly to add the gem to your hair, clothes, or accessories.
